In collaboration with our partners at Leading Brains, this workshop centers on your team-personality assessment, helping you discover your combined strengths, blind-spots and potential friction risks. Articulate your team purpose, recognise what is going to help you in delivering it and what to watch out for along the way. Psychology of Managing Stress and Resiliance

  

This workshop provides real and relatable examples of stress so you can start to recognise it, and test out some concepts related to workplace stress.

Participants in this training will:

  • Understand what stress is and the physical and psychological effects of stress 
  • Learn techniques of taking control of workplace related stress 
  • Consider elements job demand and control and their impacts on stress
  • Be able to take into account of individual differences in the perception of stress

This workshop aims to enhance participants' ability to receive and respond to feedback effectively, fostering personal and professional growth

  • Understand different types of feedback and be able to differentiate between them Discover the mindset for receiving feedback and the value of constructive criticism

This workshop aims  to build awareness of emotional intelligence and give participants practical techniques to apply it in the workplace.
