Who We Are

Jenny Watson GMBPsS, M.A., M.Sc. (Psych), Chartered MCIPD

JWC is the brainchild, creative outlet and general happy place of Jenny Watson. Jenny is a registered psychologist and psychometrics practitioner with extensive experience working in senior HR and OD roles across the globe. She has worked with clients in the Middle east, Africa, the UK and Europe, partnering on issues related to strategy, growth, organisational improvement and leadership development. She counsels exec teams on setting overall direction, building effective leadership teams and embedding supportive people, culture and D&I processes across the employee lifecycle. Jenny has a particular passion for increasing both diversity and inclusion of neuro-diverse individuals in the workplace and feels most at home facilitating workshops and meeting people. She's also, reportedly, quite fun to work with.

JWC works with a network of independent consultants across the globe from North-east Scotland to Poland to Dubai. We really are a multi-cultural bunch! Our consultants specialise in areas of business psychology; selection and assessment, strategy and organisational effectiveness, learning & development, behavioural science, human motivation and wellbeing and are experts in advising, diagnosing, designing strategy & process, implementing change and evaluating outcomes. We take pride in the fact that all of our design and advice is evidence based but also tailored to your organisation to ensure fit and sustainability of learning, processes and organisational development interventions.

We partner with Leading Brains Assessments to provide the worlds most advanced personality assessments and a suite of workshops covering all aspects of self and team leadership.
